$40 for our work. $45 a year for the agent. Plus the state fee.
Our fee covers everything we do, including the EIN application. The registered agent is passed on at what it costs us. The state fee is what the state charges to form your LLC, also at cost.

After the first year
Only the registered agent renews, at $45 a year. We write to you two months ahead; you renew with one payment or tell us to stop, any time before the renewal date. Our own fee is once.
Paying from Europe or the UK
Pay by card in US dollars, or choose euro or pound at checkout: we convert at the day’s ECB rate plus 1.5%, fixed the moment you order. Local methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact are available for euro payments.
