Pricing

$40 for our work. $45 a year for the agent. Plus the state fee.

Our fee covers everything we do, including the EIN application. The registered agent is passed on at what it costs us. The state fee is what the Secretary of State charges to file your Articles of Organization, also at cost.

  • Articles of Organization prepared and filed
  • EIN application, free (online or SS-4 by fax)
  • Registered agent, 12 months, at cost
  • Operating agreement
  • Introduction to Mercury for a US business bank account
  • Documents and timeline on your order page
  • Compliance calendar and reminders

After the first year

Only the registered agent renews, at $45 a year. We remind you a month ahead; you can cancel any time before renewal. Our own fee is once.

Optional

CORA bookkeeping for foreign-owned LLCs: $30 a month, billed by CORA, cancel monthly. More about CORA.
