Refund policy
Before we file
Cancel any time before we submit the formation to the state and you get everything back, including the state fee.
After we file
The state keeps its filing fee whether it approves or not, so state fees are non-refundable once submitted. Our package fee is refunded if we missed the 48-hour submission promise through our own fault.
Rejected names
If the state rejects your company name we ask you for an alternative and refile without extra charge for our work.
Registered agent renewals
Cancel before the renewal date and nothing is charged. A renewal already paid is refunded pro rata if you appoint another agent within 30 days.
How
E-mail us from the address on your order. Refunds go back to the card used, within 5 business days.
