The short answer
Bizee is a large US formation service with a $0 Basic package and paid packages that add more services. Prices checked on 2 November 2026; see the full side-by-side comparison on our Compare page. It is a good fit for US residents who already have a Social Security Number and want a low price on day one. For a founder outside the United States the costs that matter are the EIN and the registered agent in year two, and that is where the two services differ.

What is included
Every Bizee package includes formation and a free first year of registered agent service; the Standard and Premium packages add more services, including the EIN. Prices checked on 2 November 2026; see the full side-by-side comparison on our Compare page.
startyour.llc includes:
- Name check and the formation filing, filed within 48 hours.
- The EIN application, also for owners without an SSN or ITIN.
- The first year of registered agent service, then $45 a year at cost.
- An operating agreement, which banks and payment providers ask for.
- Optional: CORA bookkeeping at $30 a month, which includes the yearly Form 5472.
EIN for non-residents
This is the most important difference for a founder abroad. The IRS online EIN tool needs an SSN or ITIN. Bizee's EIN page advises owners without an SSN to use an ITIN, and says owners with an international address and no US address must apply by phone with the IRS. At startyour.llc the EIN for an owner without an SSN or ITIN is part of the standard order: we prepare the application, you sign once, and we send it to the IRS.
Registered agent and renewals
The registered agent is the cost that comes back every year for as long as the LLC exists. Bizee lists its registered agent at $149 a year after the free first year. startyour.llc charges $45 a year, which is what it costs us, with the first year included in the order. Prices checked on 2 November 2026; see the full side-by-side comparison on our Compare page.
What every LLC pays, whichever service you use
Some costs do not depend on the formation service. The state charges its own filing fee, and many states charge an annual report fee or a yearly tax: Wyoming from $60, Delaware $300, New Mexico nothing. A single-member LLC owned by a foreign person also files Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 with the IRS every year, even with no income, and the penalty for missing it is $25,000. Budget for these on top of any service fee. Prices checked on 2 November 2026; see the full side-by-side comparison on our Compare page.
